Naturally present in the north of the Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for some years in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.
In France, the four producing departments of the Midi alone represent some 20 000 hectares cultivated.

| How to use: | Take a maximum of 2 drops of real lavender essential oil 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar).
