Gummies help to reduce agitation and irritability, improve concentration and manage emotional stress. ingredients and quantities for 3 gummies: bulking agent: maltitol, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, dried extracts of: ginseng (panax ginseng, root) 60 mg, rhodiola (rhodiola rosea l., root) 30 mg, organic essential oils of: green mandarin (citrus reticulata, pericarp) 30 mg, marjoram (origanum majorana l., flowering tops) 2.3 mg, flavouring, dried poppy extract (papaver rhoeas l.- petal) 22.4 mg, acidifying agent: sodium citrate, coating agent: carnauba wax, blackcurrant hydroglycerine macerate (ribes nigrum l.- buds) 5 mg, vitamin b3 (nicotinamide) (2.4 mg; 15% vnr*), vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) (0.38 μg, 15% vnr*).*vnr = nutritional reference values.
How to use:

Take 3 gummies a day. If necessary, take the 3 gummies before the stressful event. Avoid taking in the evening. Do not take for more than 2 consecutive weeks.
