Ingredients and quantities for 1 capsule : Dry extracts: devil's claw root (Harpagophytum procumbens) 286 mg, ²turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa L.) 100 mg, vegetarian capsule: hypromellose 90 mg; dry extracts: acerola fruit (Malpighia glabra) 57, 6 mg of including vitamin C (15% NRV), flowery tops of meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim. L.) 20 mg ; Copper gluconate 7, 14 mg of which copper (100% NRV) ; Manganese citrate 4, 55 mg of which Manganese (50% NRV) ; Anti-caking agent : magnesium stearate 4, 71 mg. NRV = Reference Nutritional Value.
How to use:

Take 1 capsule a day with a full glass of water during a meal. To be used as a one month cure. Repeat within the year if necessary. It is generally recommended to take a course of treatment for a maximum of 4 weeks in a row during critical periods when joint mobility is strongly affected: the beginning of autumn (cold and increased humidity) and periods of extreme cold. Any use that differs from the instructions for use must be discussed with the pharmacist or GP. If you do not see any improvement after 4 weeks, we advise you to consult a health professional. For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This is not a medical product and cannot be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
